Noctua NH-U14S

The Noctua NH-U14S active cooler is constructed from aluminum cooling fins, copper heat pipes and base, paired with an NF-A15 PWM fan that rotates at speeds up to 1500 RPM and consumes 1.56 watts of power. The fan is rated for 150,000 hours of continuous operation. The cooler is compatible with Intel LGA2066, LGA2011-0, LGA2011-3 (square ILM), LGA1156, LGA1155, LGA1151, LGA1150 sockets and AMD AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, FM1, FM2, FM2+ (rear panel required), AM4 (included in kits from 2019 onwards; older coolers require the NM-AM4-UxS adapter). Overall dimensions are 165 mm in height, 150 mm in width, and 78 mm in depth. The package includes a low-noise adapter (LNA), NT-H1 thermal paste, SecuFirm2 mounting hardware, anti-vibration pads, fan clips for mounting a second NF-A15 fan (optional), and a Noctua metal carrying case.
