The series covers capacities of 512 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB, and 4 TB, making it suitable for use as a system drive or for installing games, resource-intensive applications, work projects, and large file libraries. The entire lineup features maximum read speeds up to 7400 MB/s, while write speeds vary by capacity: up to 3400 MB/s for the 512 GB model, up to 6400 MB/s for 1 TB, and up to 6700 MB/s for the 2 TB and 4 TB versions. DRAM cache capacity also scales with storage: 1 GB for 512 GB and 1 TB models, 2 GB for 2 TB, and 4 GB for 4 TB.
