The ADATA LEGEND 960 is a line of NVMe SSDs in M.2 2280 form factor with PCIe Gen4 x4 interface, designed for demanding workloads including 3D graphics, video production, CAD, and other creative tasks. The series includes capacities of 1, 2, and 4 TB and features the SMI SM2264 controller, 3D NAND, NVMe 1.4, SLC caching, and DRAM cache buffer for stable performance during sustained write operations. Maximum read speeds reach 7,400 MB/s and write speeds up to 6,800 MB/s on PCs and laptops. In PS5 storage expansion mode, the drive delivers up to 6,400 MB/s read speed.
