GOODRAM IRDM Pro Nano is a line of compact internal SSD drives in M.2 2230 form factor, designed for portable gaming devices, ultrabooks, and other systems where a short-length storage module is needed. The GOODRAM IRDM Pro Nano uses the PCIe NVMe Gen 4 x4 interface, 3D NAND memory, and M-key, with dimensions of 22 x 30 x 2.2 mm that allow installation in devices with limited internal space. The series is available in capacities of 512 GB, 1024 GB, and 2048 GB, making it suitable both for expanding portable console storage and for replacing the standard drive in a compatible laptop. For higher-capacity models, sequential read speeds up to 7300 MB/s and write speeds up to 6000 MB/s are specified, while the 512 GB version delivers speeds up to 5100 MB/s for reading and up to 4600 MB/s for writing. GOODRAM IRDM Pro Nano supports ECC, Wear Leveling, Bad Block Management, TRIM, SMART, Over Provision, Firmware Upgrade, and Thermal Throttling technologies, which help maintain reliable drive operation during extended workloads.
