GOODRAM PX700 is a lineup of internal NVMe SSDs in M.2 2280 format, designed for modern PCs, laptops, and systems that require high-speed performance with operating systems, games, large archives, and work files. The entire GOODRAM PX700 series is built on the PCIe 4.0 x4 interface with NVMe support, uses 3D NAND and HMB 3.0 technology, delivering faster performance than typical PCIe 3.0 solutions and better suited for demanding workloads. The lineup includes models in 1, 2, and 4 TB capacities, with maximum sequential speeds reaching up to 7400 MB/s for reads and up to 6500 MB/s for writes, enabling fast system boot, application loading, and level streaming in large games. A distinct technical feature of GOODRAM PX700 is its low-profile graphene heatspreader, which takes up minimal space and helps reduce the risk of performance throttling under sustained loads. The series also offers endurance up to 2400 TBW on higher-capacity versions, MTBF of 1.5 million hours, an operating temperature range of 0–70 °C, and a thickness of approximately 2.65 mm, making GOODRAM PX700 well-suited for both desktop systems and select laptops or compact platforms with PCIe 4.0 support.
