The Kingston KC2000 500 GB SSD (SKC2000M8/500G) features 3D TLC memory chips with a capacity of 500 GB and a Silicon Motion 2262EN controller. The drive is mounted on a 80x22x3.5 mm board in the M.2 2280 form factor. The M.2 (PCI-E 3.0) interface delivers read speeds up to 3000 MB/s and write speeds up to 2000 MB/s.
