PATRIOT P300 is a line of internal NVMe SSDs in the M.2 2280 form factor with M-key, designed for PC and laptop upgrades with PCIe support. All PATRIOT P300 drives operate via the PCIe Gen3 x4 interface and use a DRAMless architecture with HMB (Host Memory Buffer) support, allowing system RAM to be used for address mapping tables. This enables compact design and energy efficiency. The series is typically available in 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB capacities, with 128 GB appearing in some shipments. Declared performance varies by capacity: sequential read speeds up to 2100 MB/s and write speeds up to 1650 MB/s in higher-tier versions. Lower-tier models deliver reduced speeds. For small file operations, random access performance reaches hundreds of thousands of IOPS, accelerating OS, game, and application boot times while reducing latency during multitasking.
