PATRIOT P300 is a line of internal NVMe SSDs in the M.2 2280 form factor (M-key), designed for PC and laptop upgrades with PCIe support. All PATRIOT P300 drives operate via the PCIe Gen3 x4 interface and use a DRAM-less architecture with HMB (Host Memory Buffer) support, which allows the system's RAM to be used for address tables. This enables compact design and energy efficiency. The series comes in capacities of 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB. Advertised performance depends on capacity: sequential read speeds reach 2100 MB/s, sequential write speeds reach 2100 MB/s on higher-capacity models. Lower-capacity versions have reduced performance. For small file operations, random access performance reaches hundreds of thousands of IOPS, accelerating OS boot times, game launches, and application startup while reducing delays during multitasking. PATRIOT P300 incorporates ECC error correction and data integrity protection technologies. Operating temperature range: 0–70°C. Durability is measured by TBW rating and can reach up to 960 TB depending on capacity and revision, making it suitable for systems with regular write operations and active caching.
