Samsung PM981 512 GB (MZVLB512HAJQ)

The Samsung PM981 512 GB (MZVLB512HAJQ) SSD is built on 512 GB of Samsung V-NAND 3-bit TLC memory and features the Samsung Polaris V2 controller with TRIM support. The drive uses an M.2 (PCI-E 3.0) interface, delivering data transfer speeds of up to 3000 MB/s for reads and up to 1800 MB/s for writes. The mean time between failures is approximately 1,000,000 hours. The drive is designed in the M.2 2280 form factor with dimensions of 80x22.1x2.4 mm and can withstand shocks of up to 1000G/0.5 ms.
