Transcend 110S 256 GB (TS256GMTE110S)

The Transcend 110S 256 GB (TS256GMTE110S) SSD with M.2 2280 form factor mounts directly to the motherboard in an M.2 slot (NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4), requiring no additional drive bays in the chassis. This interface enables read speeds up to 1700 MB/s and write speeds up to 1500 MB/s. The drive features 256 GB of 3D TLC memory and is equipped with a Silicon Motion SM2263T controller with TRIM support. The drive is rated for approximately 400 TB of total writes over its lifetime.
