GIGABYTE B550M AORUS ELITE

The GIGABYTE B550M AORUS ELITE motherboard is built on the AMD B550 chipset and supports processors with the Socket AM4 connector. It features four DIMM slots for installing up to 128 GB of DDR4 RAM running at speeds up to 4733 MHz. The board supports two PCI Express slots: one PCI Express 4.0 x16 for graphics cards and one PCI Express 3.0 x16 in x4 mode for additional devices, as well as one PCI Express x1 slot. The GIGABYTE B550M AORUS ELITE has two M.2 connectors, one supporting PCI-E 4.0 x4/SATA3 interface and the other supporting PCI-E 3.0 x4/SATA3, allowing the use of modern solid-state drives. Additionally, four SATA 3.0 ports are provided for connecting traditional storage devices. The board supports RAID 0, 1, and 10 configurations for creating data arrays. For cooling, heatsinks are provided on the chipset and VRM subsystem, along with three fan connectors. The board is equipped with a Realtek ALC887 audio codec supporting 7.1-channel sound and a Realtek network controller supporting speeds up to 1 Gbps. Video output is available through HDMI and DVI-D ports. The rear panel of the GIGABYTE B550M AORUS ELITE features four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and four USB 2.0 ports. The board itself includes additional connectors for routing four more USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and four USB 2.0 ports. The board also supports RGB FUSION 2.0 technology, which allows you to connect and customize RGB lighting.
