The GIGABYTE B850M EAGLE WIFI6E ICE is a micro-ATX motherboard measuring 24.4×24.4 cm based on the AMD B850 chipset with AM5 socket, designed for AMD Ryzen processors from the 9000, 8000, and 7000 series, as well as for light-themed builds. Power delivery uses an 8+2+2 phase design with Twin Digital VRM on a 6-layer PCB. Reinforced 24-pin ATX and 8-pin CPU connectors are supplemented with heatsinks for VRM cooling and an integrated I/O shield. Memory support includes 4 DDR5 slots with dual-channel operation and overclocking capability; maximum capacity depends on installed modules and EXPO profiles. Storage connectivity features 2 M.2 slots: the first supports PCIe 5.0 x4 for Ryzen 9000 and 7000 (PCIe 4.0 for Ryzen 8000), while the second operates at PCIe 4.0. Additionally, there are 4 SATA 6 Gbps ports with RAID support for both NVMe and SATA drives (NVMe supports RAID 0/1/10, with RAID 5 available for Ryzen 9000).
