MSI PRO B850-P WIFI

The MSI PRO B850-P WIFI is an ATX-format motherboard measuring 304.8 x 243.84 mm, designed for Socket AM5 processors on the AMD B850 chipset. The board supports up to 256 GB of DDR5 memory running at frequencies up to 8200 MHz, with four DIMM slots. For graphics cards and other expansion devices, it features one PCI Express 5.0 x16 (x16) slot, one PCI Express 4.0 x16 (x4) slot, two PCI Express 3.0 x16 (x1) slots, with one reinforced. The MSI PRO B850-P WIFI is equipped with three M.2 slots for SSDs: one with PCI-E 5.0 x4 interface, one with PCI-E 4.0 x4, and one with PCI-E 4.0 x2, plus four SATA Revision 3.0 ports supporting RAID 0/1. The board features heatsinks for the chipset and VRM, as well as heatsinks on the M.2 slots. Six FAN headers are provided for fan connections. Audio is handled by a Realtek ALC897 codec supporting 7.1-channel sound, with two audio jacks and an S/PDIF optical output. Network connectivity is managed by the Realtek RTL8126VB controller with bandwidth up to 5 Gbps. The board is equipped with built-in Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) and Bluetooth 5.4 adapters. Video output is available via HDMI. The front panel includes two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, and four USB 2.0 ports. Internal headers include two USB 3.2 Gen 1 headers (for four ports), one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C header, two USB 2.0 headers (for four ports), and one COM port. Power is supplied via one 24-pin connector and two 8-pin connectors. The board incorporates Core Boost and Memory Boost technologies.
