The Chieftec Polaris 650W (PPS-650FC) is a fully modular ATX 12V 2.4 power supply for desktop PCs, rated for 650 watts of continuous power and compatible with 100–240 V mains at 50–60 Hz. The unit carries 80 PLUS Gold certification, features active PFC, and employs modern LLC half-bridge topology with DC-to-DC conversion for stable power delivery to your CPU, GPU, storage, and peripherals across varying loads. The power supply delivers up to 22 A on +3.3V, 22 A on +5V, 54.2 A on +12V, 0.3 A on -12V, and 3.0 A on +5VSB. The +12V rail handles the bulk of modern system loads at the full 650 W capacity. Its compact dimensions of 140×150×87 mm make installation straightforward, even in cases where PSU bay depth is limited. Cooling is managed by a quiet 120 mm fan with automatic speed control via AFC.
