The SeaSonic PRIME PX 1600-ATX31 is a high-performance ATX/EPS power supply designed for productive workstations, gaming PCs with flagship graphics cards, rendering systems, and configurations that demand substantial power headroom. Part of the PRIME PX ATX 3.1 series, it supports the ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards—essential for modern graphics adapters with new peak power requirements. The 1600 W nominal output is delivered through a single robust +12 V rail with a maximum current of 133.3 A, while the fully modular cable system lets you connect only those cables your specific configuration needs. The 80 PLUS Platinum certification demonstrates high efficiency, and the unit also carries Cybenetics Efficiency Titanium certification for this series. Cooling is handled by a 135 mm fan featuring a hydrodynamic bearing and Digital Hybrid Fan Control, which adjusts fan operation in response to the power supply's thermal load.
